People don’t start smoke for no reasons. Before a smoker pick up the habit, there is definitely a reason why at that moment they wanted to light up. It can be either one or many reasons stated above and the intention can be out of a sudden or pre-planned. It may be due to whatever reasons that may keep smokers from smoking, but when the time comes for them to decide to give up smoking they’ll find a way. It’s easy said than done as most may say and that’s the reason they failed to quit. Most smokers who try to quit failed as they do not know the rules to the game. It is a difficult task but an easy process to quit smoking. Some people rely too much on nicotine gum, nicotine pills, tablets and patches for their smoking cessation. They forgot that it is an addiction and most importantly a habit that they are trying to quit. No companies will ever guarantee a smoker that they’ll definitely quit smoking after consuming their products. The nicotine aids can only helps in reducing the amount of nicotine crave in a smoker but not totally.
